Things teams ask before signing up

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're billed the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
Annual plans are priced at 80% of the monthly rate — a 20% saving. Starter annual works out to $1,430/yr vs. $1,788/yr monthly. Growth annual is $3,830/yr vs. $4,788/yr monthly.
We offer a guided 14-day trial for Growth plan features. Contact our team to set one up — we connect it to a real data source so you see actual results, not synthetic demo data.
InsightCore is SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise plans include custom data residency options and dedicated infrastructure where required.
We have a startup program for early-stage companies and a separate pricing track for non-profit organizations. Reach out to [email protected] with details about your organization.
You have 30 days after cancellation to export your dashboards, reports, and configuration. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems. InsightCore does not retain or resell your data.
