These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InsightCore platform and website operated by InsightCore Inc. ("InsightCore," "we," "our," or "us"), incorporated in Seoul, Republic of Korea. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any InsightCore service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
InsightCore provides an AI-powered business intelligence and predictive analytics platform ("Platform") including real-time dashboards, AutoML model building, data connectors, and related APIs. Specific features available to you depend on your subscription tier as described in our Pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@insightcore-ai.com. InsightCore is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of renewal for a prorated refund.
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to data you upload or process through the Platform ("Customer Data"). InsightCore does not use Customer Data to train its own AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant InsightCore a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the services.

The InsightCore Platform, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, is the exclusive property of InsightCore Inc. and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
InsightCore targets 99.95% uptime for Enterprise plans and 99.9% for Growth plans, measured monthly excluding scheduled maintenance windows. In the event of SLA breach, clients may receive service credits as outlined in their enterprise agreement. No SLA is provided for Starter plans.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to InsightCore in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the account settings or by emailing hello@insightcore-ai.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases and we will delete Customer Data within 30 days of your request.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification with at least 14 days notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
