These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InsightCore platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by InsightCore ("we", "us", "our"), located at Gangnam Finance Center 23F, Seoul 06164, Republic of Korea.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
InsightCore provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform that enables organizations to connect data sources, create dashboards, run analytics queries, and generate reports. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect service availability.
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share account credentials with individuals outside your organization, resell access to the Service, or create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you upload, connect, or otherwise provide to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant InsightCore a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, process, and use Customer Data solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide Customer Data to the Service, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data contained within Customer Data.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and documentation, is owned by InsightCore and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of InsightCore's intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice for monthly subscriptions and at renewal for annual subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price.
If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until the outstanding balance is resolved. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 60 days may be terminated.
We may offer free trials from time to time. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged. Trial terms and duration will be communicated at sign-up.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you materially breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued access poses a security or legal risk.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days. After that period, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, analytics, forecasts, or other outputs generated by the Service. You are responsible for validating outputs and for the decisions you make based on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsightCore's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsightCore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Korea. If you are a consumer in the EEA, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law may apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
