InsightCore uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and platform. This Cookie Policy explains what they are, what we use them for, and how you can control them.
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle personal data more broadly.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device on return visits and remember certain information about your preferences or activity. Cookies can be set by the site you're visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services embedded in the site.
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. We refer to all of these collectively as "cookies" in this policy for simplicity.
We use cookies in three main ways:
To operate the platform. Certain cookies are required for the InsightCore platform to function correctly. They maintain your authenticated session, remember your dashboard preferences, and ensure secure communication between your browser and our servers. Without these, the platform cannot work.
To understand usage. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website and how platform users work within the product. This helps us identify which features are working well and where improvements are needed. These cookies collect data in aggregate form and do not track individuals across unrelated websites.
To improve your experience. Preference cookies remember choices you've made — such as your display settings or dismissed banners — so you don't have to repeat them on every visit.
We organize our cookies into four categories:
Strictly necessary. These cookies are required for core site and platform functionality. They cannot be disabled without breaking the service. They include session authentication tokens, CSRF protection tokens, and load-balancing cookies. No consent is required for these cookies under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contract performance) and the ePrivacy Directive.
Functional. These cookies remember your preferences and settings to improve your experience. Examples include your last-visited dashboard, preferred time zone display, and whether you have dismissed informational banners. These are activated when you accept cookies or use features that depend on them.
Analytics. These cookies help us measure how the website and platform are used so we can make informed improvements. We use first-party analytics to track page visits, feature interactions, session duration, and error rates. Data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users. These cookies are activated only with your consent.
Marketing. At this time, InsightCore does not use marketing or advertising cookies on its website or platform. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent before activating them.

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie banner that allows you to accept all cookies or manage your preferences. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. You can disable functional and analytics cookies at any time.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies for specific sites or all sites. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the InsightCore platform. Browser-level settings are separate from the preferences you set through our banner — you may need to adjust both.
To withdraw consent you have previously given, clear your browser cookies and revisit the site — the banner will reappear and you can select your preferences again. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.
We do not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts that set their own cookies. All cookies listed in this policy are set by InsightCore directly. If we integrate third-party services that use cookies in the future, we will update this policy, add the relevant cookies to the table above, and request fresh consent where required.
For users in the EEA and UK, our use of non-essential cookies is governed by the ePrivacy Directive (implemented in national law) and the GDPR. We only activate non-essential cookies where we have obtained valid consent — meaning freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent through a clear affirmative action.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without detriment. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Under South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, we are required to inform you of the personal data collected through cookies and obtain consent for non-essential data collection. This policy, together with our Privacy Policy, fulfills that disclosure obligation. Your consent through the cookie banner covers both GDPR and PIPA requirements.
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or change the cookies we use. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Where changes affect consent-based cookies, we will resurface the consent banner.
